2. Nature of the Platform

WishTurkiye operates as a software-based B2B platform that enables business users to access and manage services provided by independent third-party providers.

The Platform does not act as a seller, service provider, or contractor. It provides only digital infrastructure for discovery, coordination, and transaction facilitation.

3. Services

The Platform allows users to access various independently provided services. All services are offered and fulfilled solely by third-party providers.

The Platform does not guarantee service execution, quality, or outcomes.

4. Role of WishTurkiye

• Provides technical infrastructure
• Facilitates communication and coordination
• Supports transaction flow

WishTurkiye does not assume responsibility for service delivery.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. WishTurkiye facilitates the transaction but is not a financial institution.

Fees may include commissions based on completed transactions.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are determined by the respective service providers and presented at the time of booking.

The Platform facilitates refund requests but is not responsible for provider decisions.

7. Liability

WishTurkiye is not liable for:

• Service performance or quality
• Provider actions or omissions
• Delays, cancellations, or changes

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia.

9. Acceptance

This Agreement enters into force upon electronic acceptance by the User.
