First aid kit and personal care products - for life and health

Of course, you will have medical insurance, but it is silly to run to the doctor because of a headache or a slight runny nose. Take a standard set of medicines for colds, flu, intestinal disorders. And if you are undergoing treatment and taking any medication, do not forget it! Take a prescription for medication from a doctor. Suddenly they pester you at customs: "Aren't you carrying something prohibited?"

Without understanding the local language, it will be very difficult to explain what medicine you need. I know that I get motion sickness in transport, so I take the appropriate medications from home. A bottle of disinfectant liquid, wipes, painkillers, a band-aid, suntan/after-sun products and small packets of shampoo are a must.

Sometimes a small package of toilet paper and hygiene products is not superfluous. Who knows how the body will tolerate acclimatization? A minimum of cosmetics, a mirror and a hairbrush.

Documents — for crossing the border

A foreign passport and its copies, insurance, tickets and cash. If you don’t want to mess around with photocopies, scan your documents and upload them to the cloud. The Internet is almost everywhere. If something happens, you have everything at hand.

Make yourself a small memo with the phone numbers of the airport, the Russian consulate, the police, the insurance agent. Let it always be at hand. Rename important phone numbers to English. If something happens, it will be easier for doctors and the police to understand “Mom, father” than “Mama, papa”.

Of course, in an all-inclusive hotel you won’t need money at all, but there are also excursions, city restaurants and shops. Determine the amount yourself 🙂 Have a great vacation and the most vivid impressions!
